Our Policies

Please read these policies carefully before booking — they protect both you and our team

Deposits & Payments

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. This deposit confirms your booking and reserves our team and resources for your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and Zelle — details will be provided during the booking process.

Reservations

All bookings must be made through our official enquiry form or confirmed in writing via email. Verbal agreements are not binding. Your event is not confirmed until the deposit has been received and a confirmation has been issued by All Cravings Catering Services.

Last-Minute Booking Policy

Bookings made within 14 days of the event date are considered last-minute and are subject to a 20% rush fee in addition to the standard package pricing. Last-minute bookings are accommodated subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Guest Count Requirements

A minimum guest count must be confirmed at the time of booking. Once confirmed, the guest count cannot be reduced — you will be charged for the confirmed number regardless of actual attendance. Increases to the guest count may be accommodated up to 7 days before the event, subject to availability.

Remaining Balances

The final balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the event date. Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking. Any outstanding balance will void the service agreement.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will receive a refund of all payments made minus the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event forfeit all payments made in full. Menu and package changes must be requested at least 14 days before the event. Changes requested within 14 days are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Tastings & Consultations

Complimentary tastings may be offered at our discretion for qualifying events (typically large-scale bookings such as weddings or corporate galas). Tasting availability will be communicated during the booking consultation. All other consultations are conducted virtually or by phone at no charge.

Service Time & Dining Window

Each package includes a defined number of service hours (2–3 hours depending on the package). Service time begins at the agreed setup time. Additional service hours can be added for a fee and must be requested in advance. All Cravings is not responsible for delays caused by venue restrictions or circumstances outside our control.

Weather & Safety

In the event of severe weather, public safety emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent service, All Cravings will work with the client to reschedule at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a credit may be issued at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed in force majeure situations.

Guest Conduct

All Cravings Catering Services reserves the right to cease service if our staff are subjected to hostile, abusive, or threatening behavior by guests or event hosts. No refund will be issued in such circumstances. We are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for our team.

Equipment & Liability

Food warmers, serving equipment, and any other property belonging to All Cravings remains our property at all times. Clients are responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or event staff. All Cravings is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or illness unrelated to the direct handling of our food.

Right to Refuse Service

All Cravings Catering Services reserves the right to refuse or cancel service at our discretion. In cases where we cancel a booking without cause on our part, a full refund including the deposit will be issued. We are committed to treating all clients with fairness and respect.
